Q&A: Your Gear. Your Comfort. Solved.

Why do my scrubs constantly fade and pill after just a few months of washing?

This is a top frustration! Fading and pilling (those tiny fabric balls) happen when low-quality, short-fiber material is repeatedly scrubbed. Our Swift-Flex TM fabric is a premium poly/rayon/spandex blend, engineered with long-staple fibers and an advanced Color-Lock Technology. To help keep them vibrant, always wash your scrubs inside out in cold water, and avoid using chlorine bleach. Heat is the enemy, so tumble dry on low or, ideally, air-dry.

Which fit is better for long, active shifts: Jogger Scrubs or Straight Leg Scrubs?

It’s largely a personal choice, but each has a distinct advantage. Jogger Scrubs (like our Swift-Pro) offer a tapered fit with a secure ankle cuff, which is fantastic for preventing fabric drag on the floor (reducing contamination risk) and for shorter heights. Straight Leg Scrubs offer a more relaxed, roomy fit throughout the leg, which some prefer for maximum airflow and unrestricted movement. Both come with our signature 4-way stretch, so your mobility is covered either way.

What is the benefit of a "four-way stretch" fabric versus a standard two-way stretch?

A two-way stretch only stretches along the width of the fabric, restricting movement when you squat or twist. Our 4-Way Stretch fabric has elasticity that runs both crosswise and lengthwise. This allows the scrub to move dynamically with your body during demanding tasks like lifting, reaching, and bending, ensuring zero resistance or tightness. It's the key to all-day, unrestricted comfort.

Do your scrubs Brands run true to size? I've had issues with inconsistent sizing across different colors and styles from other brands.

We take size consistency seriously. We use Standardized Fit Block patterns and quality control procedures to ensure your size Medium in Navy is the same fit as your size Medium in Royal Blue, across the same style. We also offer a highly detailed size chart and an interactive Fit Finder tool to help you select your best size before you order.

How fast can I get a specific item if you have to order it for me?

For any items not currently in stock at our local stores, our expedited ordering process typically takes only 3 to 5 business days. We will call you directly the moment your order arrives and is ready for pickup at your selected Waco or Victoria, TX, location. No long waits or unnecessary shipping fees—just swift service!

How do your scrubs help with body temperature regulation during an intense shift?

Technology is very brand-specific, but we procure scrub suits with moisture-wicking technology in our Swift-Flex fabric. This means the material pulls sweat and moisture away from your skin to the fabric’s surface, where it can evaporate quickly. This process helps you feel cool and dry, preventing the uncomfortable, clammy feeling that often comes with traditional cotton or non-performance scrubs.

I'm concerned about the color bleeding in the wash. How can I prevent that?

Color bleeding typically only happens with brand-new scrubs. To prevent it, wash your new scrubs alone for the first time, or with a load of similar colors. For extra measure, you can add about half a cup of white vinegar to the wash cycle. The vinegar helps to naturally set the dye into the fabric fibers, safeguarding the color integrity for future washes.

Do you offer sizing for Tall, Petite, or Plus sizes?

Absolutely. We believe every healthcare hero deserves a perfect fit. We offer dedicated Petite (P), Regular (R), and Tall (T) inseam lengths on our popular scrub pants. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive range of Plus Sizes designed with pattern adjustments that accommodate a curvier body, ensuring comfort and a professional silhouette.
